Coordinate and support the HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) & Sustainability scope in our customer projects

As part of the HSE department you will be working in a global and dynamic environment coordinating and supporting HSE in our customers projects.
Coordinate and support HSE related activities
At NKT Health, Safety & Environment is a number one priority. As the Project HSE Manager you are coordinating and supporting the project related HSE activities. You will be part of the project core team and reporting to the overall Project Manager.
Your role includes developing and ensuring the implementation of Project HSE & Sustainability plans according to NKT standards as well as regulations, legal and customer requirements. You will provide the project with thorough HSE documentation, ensuring successful projects deliveries and thorough HSE risk assessments and implementation of HSE control measures.
You will analyze and consider the requirements in the contract and ensure that we have plans how to implement and fulfill. You will support in risk assessments, control and monitor our installation contractors, report to clients – and being our customer and installation contractors interface regarding HSE topics. An important part of the role is to regularly visits the manufacturing facility, installation sites and installation contractors to support and monitor performance and fulfillment of requirements.
Besides the above your responsibilities will also include:
* Ensure that the project fulfill external requirements and NKT internal policies and guidelines.
* Capture, analyze and share lessons learned throughout the project
* Monitoring, reporting and record keeping of HSE risks, non-conformities, and HSE related KPIs and statistics
* Plan & follow up all allocated HSE resources in the project and ensure process compliance
* Establish and monitor HSE & Sustainability performance and initiate improvement initiatives
* Support in HSE incident investigation
* Support in tenders relating to HSE scope
In your daily collaboration within the project team as well as with our customers and contractors, your strong communicational and team player skills will be important. Your driven and positive mindset supports creating genuine engagement within the teams. You take on a supportive and coaching approach to the project team to ensure successful HSE & Sustainability culture and performance and a satisfied customer.
You will be part of our highly skilled HSE team with placement in Karlskrona, Malmö or Rotterdam. Travelling to installation sites and customer visits is included in the role.
Additionally, your CV includes:
* Few years of experience from a similar role
* BSc degree within Engineering, Business or HSE
* HSE specific trainings such as ISO, Nebosh, OSHA
* Project management experience is beneficial, preferably in an international context
* Fluent in spoken and written English, Swedish and German is beneficial
