Project Lead

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage GIS and IFS projects from initiation to closure.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Build and lead a cross-functional project team.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
Monitor project expenditures and provide regular financial updates.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
Provide insights into project performance and areas for improvement.
