About the team
We are looking for a Project lead to strengthen our Commercial Services Team. The team is responsible for services within Husqvarna’s residential business unit, including strategy, portfolio and development of new services (including payment solutions, extended warranties, insurances, installations and other value adding services. We bring services to the markets by ensuring we have the right back-end capabilities, solid concepts, and a great customer offer. The team is also responsible for business support including go to market activities within Europe and the Pacific.

All members of the Commercial Services team work together to develop services, supporting product sales of premium products, including the world’s best robotic lawn mowers, and you will play a vital role in our future journey!
You will join a small, dedicated team that is passionate about realizing Husqvarna’s journey within Commercial Services. Working with services, there are few weeks like the others. As we are part of a transformation journey by adding services to our portfolio, new challenges continuously arises and we face them with a mind-set that every new challenge is an opportunity, for us as a company, for our sales channels and our end consumers.
Our team works closely with stakeholders throughout our organization on a global level, both with other central functions like product management, finance, marketing and IT, as well as with our local sales companies and regions.
About the role
As Project lead you will work on a wide variety of tasks. Throughout our journey of establishing great services, a lot of exciting challenges must be tackled. You will play a central part in securing structure and hands-on conduct or participate in a variety of our key initiatives. You will have close co-operation with other team members, as well as stakeholders on all levels in the organization and external partners.
Your main tasks:
Coordinate and secure progress on key initiatives
Coordinate and secure progress on yearly launches
Manage or participate in projects
Define, develop and follow up our internal way of working
Who are you?
Relevant experience of planning and project-oriented work
Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business administration, working experience with great record of accomplishment will however compensate
Experience of working with commercial services is an advantage
Good presentation skills – both in person and in writing
Good knowledge of the MS office package (Excel, Teams & PowerPoint)
We believe that you have a strong drive to make sure things are delivered according to time plans with a problem-solving attitude. You are organized, thorough and reliable with the ability to regularly shift focus from a detailed view to a high-level view, and back again. To succeed in this role, it is important that you are result-oriented and have a passion for delivering things on time.
It is also of importance that you have the ability to prioritize and have good structure as well as a can-do attitude. You should be a good team player with a strong sense of business ownership and a desire to continuously improve. You also enjoy taking on new challenges and seeing opportunities rather than obstacles when you face a problem. You have a strong sense of business acumen and a deep understanding of customers’ needs.
Your personality in combination with relevant education and work experience will be of importance in this role.
Location
Your office will be located in Huskvarna. Husqvarna is flexible and you have the opportunity to work from home but in this position it is of importance that you could work in the office as well when needed.
This position occasionally includes travel within Europe.
