You will act as Technical Lead Engineer and be part of PGGA Operating Unit Sweden. Together with our Project Managers, you will lead project teams that plan, configure, install, test, tune, and commission our systems at site. The team in Sweden is working together with engineering centers in Czech and India, as well as in cooperation with a community of engineers across Europe. Here you will continuously meet new people and exciting challenges within an innovative and inspiring environment, while developing yourself and our organization.

Your responsibilities
Your main task is to be responsible for all technical aspects in substation automation projects and representing it towards the customers on the Swedish and international market
In projects you will work closely with the Project Manager, and you will report the progress to the management team
Translate solutions for customers into workstreams in the function lines and engineering centers in India and Czech
Be the face to customer for all technical aspects from starting of the project until final handover to customer
Follow-up that all required quality ensuring tasks are defined and done
Interface with other departments in the organization and representing your team in technical design reviews and in technical problem solving
You will give feedback into the organization to optimize solutions, calculations, and work procedures to meet customers expectations and be competitive on the market

Your background
You have great communication- and interpersonal skills with colleagues and customers
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar
Technical background and experience within substation automation or similar field
You enjoy working in diverse and multicultural teams and are interested to share your experiences and knowledge with your colleagues as well as learn from them
You are a flexible leader that enjoy problem solving and work in a structured way
Fluently communicating in English and Swedish to be able to interact with various stakeholders. Any further language is a plus.
