Project Lead Engineer

Technical lead for all engineering activities in substation automation projects to Swedish customers.


Assignment:
Develop Base design in close collaboration with end customers, Relay Protection and Control specialists, Senior Electrical designer and SA engineer.
Contribute in detail design by specifying work packages, reviewing design of typicals as well as copies.
Plan and coordinate cubicle assembling (at sub-supplier) together with project manager.
Plan and coordinate test and quality assurance together with Test responsible engineer, Relay Protection and Control Specialist.
Contribute in Factory Acceptance Test.
Ensure that activities related to engineering discipline(s) within the project are efficiently and cost- effectively executed, in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
Ensure that engineering is developed with complete information - all multidisciplinary information has been included in the engineering development.


Authorization:
Acts as a design authority for engineering deliverables in all applicable engineering disciplines.
May act as design authority for a particular engineering discipline and completes engineering assignments for that discipline.


Construction support:
Collaborates on project installation, commissioning and site activities, clarifying potential issues or providing solutions to correct engineering errors.
Provides technical support to commissioning and start-up activities.


Preferable skills:
Good understanding of Electrical Design, Elmaster / EPC.
E3 (CAD-tools).
