Project Lead to Global Graduate Programme

Jefferson Wells are now for our clients behalf looking for a Global Graduate Programme Project Lead to temporarily join the clients Leadership Product Team, to help lead and administrate the Programme with marketing, recruiting, onboarding of the graduates. Assignment: Consultant assignment via Jefferson Wells with start ASAP and ongoing until 2023-04-28.

About the assignment

for the job you will work as a Project leader to coordinate and plan for the clients of global graduate activities. You will work closely with not only the leadership team but also the other product teams including Performance and Culture, Diversity & Inclusion.

You will be responsible for the planning and execution of global graduate activities connected to:
* The marketing, recruitment, and onboarding of new graduates
* The management of, and communication with, current graduates and stakeholders.
* Module weeks, and all programme related activities
* Graduates finalizing the programme

Who are we looking for?

You are passionate about getting things done and have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders at the same time. You are organized, but able to adapt to unexpected changes. You are an effective communicator and feel comfortable setting and reinforcing expectations. You pay attention to details and are a natural planner who is always looking for ways to make improvements. Lastly, you have the ability to inspire people into action when necessary.


Moreover, you have a university degree and are fluent in English and have experience driving/managing global programs.
