ASSIGNMENT
As Project Leader you will be overall responsible for the delivery of projects with high strategic communication quality within the agreed time and costs by leading the creative team. You will be responsible for agreement about and interpretation of product/communication- briefs and debriefing. Furthermore you will lead the team which is assigned for the project and you will debrief the Client in order to secure that the brief includes the right information about the problem that the communica¬tion is supposed to solve.
You are responsible that the Clients needs and expectations throughout the pro¬ject are fulfilled and you are responsible for planning the project in regards of time, approvals, deliveries and resources. You secure delivery to Production in the right format and time, and drive the approval process with Production, Clients and stake¬holders. Another responsibility is to delivery in time and according to budget and negotiate and solve problems with Clients regarding deviations in scope, time-plan, budget etc. You negotiate contracts with sub-suppliers and keep in contact with the Client at all stages of the project. You will be working closely together with ICOM Production, or other production companies, especially with Production Leaders and Image Producers.

KNOWLEDGE
? Bachelor Degree within Economics, Marketing or Communication.
? 3-5 years of professional experience at a Swedish or international agency.
? Proven experience as the main responsible Project Leader for several campaigns and projects, preferably for international clients that have been proven exceptionally successful.
? Proven understanding of the creative process and skilled in time and budget management.
? Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

You have good people skills and the ability to create confidence and to motivate and inspire a team with creative people.
You show excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
Furthermore you have great business sense and understanding of the client and consumer?s situation and needs. You are challenged by taking the lead of the projects and are structured and result oriented. You like to work in a value based organisation and be a carrier of the IKEA values!
