Project Leader

IKEA Components task within IKEA is to pursue the development of future unique and customer friendly solutions within fittings and components to the IKEA range.We create substantial cost-and quality benefits for IKEA in our development and trade of raw materials, components and fittings.IKEA Components is part of the IKEA group and share the IKEA vision and values.Our business is global and we are 750 employees based in Sweden, Slovakia and China.Through co-operation with IKEA Trading Offices we are in addition represented at several other sites around the world.To our site in Sweden, with placement in Älmhult, we search for a Project Leader. We want YOU who will contribute for optimal utilization of our business projects.As Project leader you steer and lead a team / project and works closely together with our Specialists, other Project leaders and Experts of our systems.You run and deliver a project in accordance to agreed project plan, description, time schedule and budget.You have the overall responsibility for managing the execution of a project and allocate resources in cooperation with our Resource Managers.We see that You have: - Project management skills - IKEA supply chain knowledge (is an advantage) - Good knowledge in Microsoft products (Words, Excel, Power Point) - Communication and presentation skills - Experience with project leading You are: - Organized and structured - Self going and take your own initiative - Flexible and like to improve - A person who have interest to find new solutions, work extensively with computer systems and develop our business.
