Your role
Be part of our team and take this unique opportunity to bring your contribution to smart, green and safe mobility while working with a new tech area for train development (train to ground).
Within this job, you have the Train to Ground responsibility in the contract . You will lead the Project Train to Ground Team in the successful completion of their assigned tasks within schedule, allocated budget and scope to the required quality. You will ensure that all Project Train to Ground Team members have sufficient development and reporting governance and that all risks and opportunities are properly addressed and mitigated, while having the control of the full Train to Ground scope.

Your responsibilities
Responsible for the Train to Ground schedule forecast, Train to Ground reporting of status and financial performance.
Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders (Product Development Managers and Project Managers) with in the Train to Ground area
Work allocation in the Train to Ground Team
Review the work progress of the Train to Ground team and give directives related to the project execution
Lead the team effort to meet periodic financial targets
Be the primary contact to Train to Ground platform


Your qualifications
University degree in Engineering or IT related degree
5-6 years of work experience in a similar role
Experience in railway industry is preferred
Knowledge of IT Engineering, data communication network or cyber security are essential
It is valuable to have an understanding of the system engineering process i.e. development from requirements allocation to requirements verification
English at a fluent level is mandatory for this role, Swedish will be considered a plus
