Job Description
As project leader, you will be a key player in our transformation journey, taking the lead for strategic projects supporting the business transformation journey. You will lead activities supporting the IKEA Strategic Digital Roadmap, take lead in how we ‘kraftsamla’ to increase digital focus and presence in common IKEA activities, such as IKEA Digital festival, range week and BPL Focus Weeks as well as lead projects on behalf of the Digital Business Development Council.
You will report to Benny Svensson, leader for Digital in Business and Digital Manager Range. The position will be based in Älmhult.

You strongly believe that everything starts with good relations and know when to support and when to challenge. You have the ability to lead people and business through indirect leadership.
The assignment
· Identify, plan and lead strategic projects and activities.
· Plan, organize and manage assignment within scope, time and cost frame, applying relevant project management methods and tools.
· Lead and/or co-ordinate people from different units and cultures.
· Manage communication to stakeholders relevant for the assignment or project.
· Manage change by supporting stakeholders in preparing receiving organizations, learning and communication activities.

Qualifications

We believe that you have:
· Good leadership capabilities and strong communication skills.
· Desire to be proactive, service-minded and result-oriented.
· Basic knowledge of project management processes and agile ways of working.
· Some years of IKEA experience.
· Good understanding of Information Technology and IKEA business processes
· Understanding and experience of change management.
· Ability to build relationships and cooperate with people in different units and cultures.
