Project Leader

We are looking for a Project Leader       

Mini Rodini is on an exciting digital growth journey. We are strengthening our Creative team with a Project leader who has the capacity to enthusiastically lead all kinds of projects, small and large.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Project Manager at Mini Rodini you have the overall responsibility to plan and coordinate different kinds of projects at the creative department. As a member of the Creative Team you will contribute with your expertise to others in the team as well run projects independently.

You will work closely with our Creative Director at Mini Rodini and also with external partners when it comes to co-labs etc. 

Your tasks will include but not be limited to:


• Research, plan (time, resources, communication etc) and coordinate different types of given projects
• Responsible to put together a relevant team for the current project and keep them focused on the task and moving toward to reach its goal
• Coordinate between departments internally as well as external partners to ensure that projects run smooth and that everyone has the information they need
• Managing and resolving issues as they arise and identifying potential risks and creating plans if they occur
• Budget Responsibility to some extent

The position is a full-time, permanent position based at our Stockholm Office and you will report to the Creative Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this position we believe that you have the following qualifications and experience: 


• Min 3 years’ experience of working within marketing and/or project management
• Experience from running projects with a premium brand in the retail industry is an advantage
• Excellent communication in Swedish and English written and spoken
• Experience from working in a creative environment and with creators
