Project Leader

Aurobay is looking for a Project Leader. As a part of our team of Project Leaders you will be leading customer projects to success for our customers by handing over the committed deliverables on time in cooperation with the experienced and competent engineering and production teams of Aurobay.

What will you do?

- Responsible for leading and supporting projects, customer projects as well as internal projects. Responsibility for cost, time and quality in the projects.
- Be Aurobays interface to the customer in project execution phase
- Support sales in aligning project content and resource requirements in the sales phase
- Work in close cooperation with many functions, such as purchasing, finance, Manufacturing Engineering, and other project leaders.
- Planning and following up results of projects and presenting at Project Gates and in other relevant forums.


Do you fit the profile?

You may have MSc in Science or higher, or other relevant combination of education and experience.

- Formal Project Leader Trainings is a plus.
- Experience from project leading in supplier/consulting companies is a plus
- Organizational skills
- Multi-tasking skills, likes to work on multiple activities at the same time
- Effective communication skills within and outside engineering
- Theoretical and practical knowledge within complete engine system
- Previous experience working in a supplier company is a plus
- Effective skills in management reporting
- Leadership skills
- Communicative, collaborative, result-oriented
- Energetic, focused
