Project Leader

Tobii Driver Monitoring System (Tobii DMS) is based on 20 years of innovation in eye tracking. It is a powerful solution for identifying drivers and assessing their attention. Tobii DMS translates camera images into a stream of core driver-state signals such as a person’s gaze point, how open their eyes are, and their head pose. These signals help save lives by delivering real-time feedback on driver state, such as drowsiness and distraction. We are pretty excited about it!
We are now looking for a Project Leader who wants to join the Tobii team!
As Project Leader in our Automotive department, you will be with us in an exciting phase, leading both internal and external projects together with the Scrum Master, Product Owner, and other colleagues. You will be responsible for overall project planning such as operating project strategy, plans, budget, risk mitigation, and follow-ups. Building a relationship with the customer to understand, discuss and support their needs will also be a vital part of your work. Sounds like fun, right?
In this role you will be:
Interacting with customers including understanding the customer, building relationships, making presentations, and having high-level technical discussions
Setting up, defining, and planning projects according to Automotive standards
Defining and driving the project progress and backlog reporting to Steering Group and customer
Handling multiple SW projects acting together with PO and Scrum Master

We are looking for someone with:
5+ years as project leader in agile teams
Experience leading R&D projects
MSc degree or similar
Automotive experience is a big plus
