ChromaWay AB is looking for a junior/mid-level project leader to join its subdivision “Chromia Innovation Lab & Chromia Incubation Program”. The job is based in the heart of Stockholm, Sweden.
You will be part of for various IT projects but with the main focus on e-learning. The role involves technical and administrative (web) support in our Learning Management System (LMS).
You will work closely with the business team to understand the education and business targets, processes, and requirements and how they can be realized in an LMS & IT solution that supports the business and customer needs.

About you
As a person, you are self-driven, service-minded, and know-how to prioritize your time well. You take ownership of your projects and see them through to delivery with innovative and agile methods. You have a strong personal and analytical drive with practical capabilities. Furthermore, you have the drive to learn new things and like to work on finding new solutions at the current edge of technology.
Key responsibilities:
Provide technical support related to the implementation of new courses and modules in the LMS.
Administrate and provide LMS support and guidance to learners and instructors.
Participate in the follow-up and evaluation of new courses and specific modules
Implementation and administration of other IT / web projects within Innovation Lab and the organization.
Develop e-learning and blended learning solutions that are based on best practices in instructional design and learning theories.
Ensure that the learning objectives are aligned with the company’s training & education strategy, overall goals, and other learning paths.

Skills and requirements:
1- 2 years of IT/E-commerce/LMS platform experience
Ability to independently design and author complex and high-quality instructional content
Has work experience with G-suit Google Workspace
Previous experience in Discord (Slack or Zulip experience is equivalent)
Good communication and collaboration skills.

Has a genuine interest in blockchain and its impact on society.
Self driven and curious
Can handle stress
