YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Together with the Delivery Management Platform project team, you will lead implementation activities towards Ingka Retail Countries.
Following areas can be part of the assignment:
• Prepare and support the project team throughout the implementation of the Delivery Management Platform solution
• Support the receiving country throughout the solution implementation process including roll-out.
• Transfer global solution knowledge and related implementation activities to the receiving countries.
• Lead and Support in executing activities identified in the implementation checklist i.e., solution walk-throughs, trainings & configurations.
• Support and coach organisation readiness together with Digital Deployment and Project Implementation Managers in countries through communication plans, trainer preparation trainings, workshops etc.
• Support in identifying potential implementation risks, including people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance.
• Contribute with change management findings & learning’s to relevant stakeholders.
There are no specific location demands as we will work predominantly digitally in this project. Though it needs to be considered that this is a global position, and it is required to meet with stakeholders from all time zones. This role requires some travel and is a temporary assignment until 2023-08-31 and you will report to Helena Lindstedt, the Fulfilment Unit and Service Development Manager.

In Ingka we are looking to change how we are set up as an omnichannel retailer, to provide an excellent last mile service to our customers, securing both people, planet and business interest. As part of our IKEA Retail direction, related to Job 4 (Create affordable services to make IKEA convenient), Last mile is seen as a priority to transform to an Omnichannel Retailer as Online Sales and Services in general are growing. Due to this, taking complete ownership of the last mile value chain is a focus within IKEA in coming three years.
