Project Leader

As a part of our team of Project Leaders you will be leading projects for our customers by handing over the committed deliverables on time in cooperation with the experienced and competent engineering and production teams of Aurobay.

What will you do?

As a project leader, you will be:

- Responsible for leading and supporting projects; customer projects as well as internal projects.

- Responsible for cost, time and quality in the projects.
- Aurobay's interface to the customer in the project execution phase.
- Support the Sales team in aligning project content and resource requirements in the sales phase.
- Work in close cooperation with many functions, such as Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, Manufacturing Engineering, and other project leaders.
- Plan and follow up results of projects and present at Project Gates and in other relevant forums.


Do you fit the profile?

We believe you have MSc in Science, or other relevant combination of education and experience.

Good to have:

- Formal Project Leader Trainings.
- Experience from project leading in supplier/consulting companies.
- Organizational skills.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Effective communication skills within, but not limited to engineering.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge within complete engine system.
- Effective skills in management reporting.
