Project Leader

Are you experienced in managing creative teams efficiently? Join our fast-moving CGI studio in Gothenburg and get an opportunity to lead a variety of projects in automotive, furniture, fashion design, UX, and more. Prioritize, allocate resources and lead your team to deliver beautiful visuals.


Brickland wishes to invite a Project Leader to join us full-time. Your extensive knowledge from industries similar to ours is greatly appreciated, as well as your experience managing creative teams.
If you have passion for digital production and innovation you will thrive at Brickland.
You will be working with team management, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources so that projects are delivered efficiently and on time. To the management team, you will be the traffic light highlighting the state of your team in the high-level project planning. Seeing the big picture without losing sight of the details is important to us and our clients.


Key roles and responsibilities:
Developing relations with clients
Keeping track of multiple projects and inhouse teams
Managing timelines, project budgets and resources
Managing and building the right team for the tasks
Leading client meetings and internal team meetings





Preferable experience and skills:


A minimum of 3 years working as a Project Leader or Producer
Good leadership skills and a positive attitude
An ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills if needed
Fluency in English and Swedish.
Good communication and leadership skills when guiding your team
Understanding of project workflow and infrastructure
