WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for a project leader to develop a more effective and efficient sales planning process, capturing all sales-driving actions for all Ingka retailers and IKEA of Sweden, by delivering new ways of working, new solutions and building sustainable competence.
To be successful in this role, it is important that you have the following capabilities and knowledge:
• Broad knowledge of IKEA concept, brand objectives, values and vision
• Broad knowledge of IKEA tools, processes and year cycles, and also the IKEA multichannel reality and online customer behaviours
• Good knowledge of project and change management methods and tools as well as stakeholder management
• An understanding of pricing, range dimensioning and sales steering processes
• An understanding of the entire IKEA supply chain and impact of inaccurate planning, the complexity of IKEA business and the role of Commercial and Selling as an integrated part of the business
• Good leadership capabilities including ability to lead peers and stakeholders while communicating in an inspirational way with IKEA tone of voice
• Ability to prioritise and make decisions with speed and simplicity, also to take a holistic view of a global organisation and identify opportunities accordingly
• Ability to follow up and measure performance of output and capture learnings to improve planning and performance moving forward
• Ability to communicate clearly in English both speaking and writing, with good presentation and facilitation skills

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As the project leader for Sales Planning 2.0 project, you will represent HFB Business Leader and Commercial Activity Leader roles in the development of new ways of working, digital tools and learning solutions for Sales Planning, bringing the specific retail experience and knowledge, inputs into the project.
You will contribute to developing ways of working, digital tools and learning solutions for the Sales Planning and Commercial Activity processes. You will also contribute to requirement handling, and with content to communication and change material. You will participate in change management and learning activities to enable the best possible change for impacted co-workers. You will lead the roll-out to the INGKA markets and actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within Commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and to maximize impact (for example Customer, Digital, CFF, Communications, Sustainability, Business Navigation Operations & Finance, People & Culture, IKEA Food)
This is an assignment until 31 Dec 2021 with a possibility to extend for 6 months. In this role you will report to the Sales & Supply Planning Leader, Market Support.

The objective of Sales Planning with Commercial Actions project is to create a more effective and efficient process, by delivering ways of working, new solutions and increase competence. This will enable Range and Supply and all Retailers to co-create, collaborate, agree and follow up on the sales plan and the commercial actions in a more action-oriented, dynamic, accurate, and automated way.
