Company Description
Are you ready to put in the next gear of moving IKEA and making us better together?
We are now looking for a Project Leader and your task will be to take on the role as a scrum master for one of our bigger initiatives where we have several digital product teams.
As a Project Leader you will report to the Team Manager for Project Leader - Scrum Masters in Planning, Range Operations, where we have the assignment to create optimal preconditions for the business and people to design, develop and manage the IKEA range offer in a connected and optimized IKEA value chain – to deliver growth and enable low cost. Over the coming years we are investing to develop IKEA and within the area Range Operations we have several interesting ongoing and upcoming initiatives. Therefore, we are recruiting a Project Leader in a Scrum Master role who is capable and have the willingness to lead initiatives with global impact.
As a Project Leader in the Scrum Master role your main responsibility will be to
Lead Product / Platform team ceremonies / rituals
Based on prioritized backlog of the team, drive and facilitate the execution / deliverables for the sprint.
Develop and follow outcome-based deliveries (e.g., OKR´s) and understand KPI´s related to the team.
Follows up on team related measurements.
Coaches the team to create high-value uplift, promotes self-organization and cross-collaboration.
Visualize impediments to the team progress towards the value.
Coaches the team on the Product & Platform ways of working and how to apply it to the best outcomes of the team.

Qualifications
Your background
You have a good understanding of connecting people, process, data & technology. Your greatest strength is your leadership, and you have a strong belief in the IKEA leadership approach, leading Business & People together. You will take full responsibility for the delivery of your initiatives and have a proven ability to manage and execute complex initiatives in digital product and platform environment.
We believe that to be successful in this role you need to:
Have solid knowledge and experience in managing and leading teams and stakeholders working with digital development with a proven track record of delivering results.
Have solid experience of working in an agile way (Kanban, Scrum) and the role as scrum master.
Have worked with software development teams and have a good understanding of successful software development.
Be able to perform on a tactical and operational level
Be comfortable in a complex, dynamic, diverse, and ever evolving business environment
Have knowledge in change management methods and tools
Be confident, strong as communicator and able to influence a wide range of stakeholders across the IKEA value chain at the same time sensitive to people different needs
Preferably having knowledge in IKEA business processes and understanding of Information Technology and relevant production models

The position will be based at IKEA of Sweden in Älmhult. We believe that your presence with the team and the business is important why you have the spirit to spend the majority of the time in the workplace. We do offer the flexibility to work from home a couple of days per week.
