DeLaval's Configuration and Quotation Tool (CQT) is a software solution used today by over twelve hundred users within DeLaval, as well as our dealers world-wide.CQT is a customized standard software primarily used for graphical configuration and quotation of products from DeLaval's assortment for dairy farming.The content and functionality of the tool are continuously developed with help from the Swedish supplier.Key responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will be project management two 2 CQT version releases per year together with planning, monitoring and follow-up on all aspects of the releases.A release contains a large number of sub-projects and together with different stakeholders in the business, such as marketing, R&D and sales, you will work closely on the required specifications of these sub-projects.Your work also includes coordinating the implementation and testing of all sub projects within the release.You will be responsible for maintaining contact with our internal customers as well as our external suppliers, who are heavily involved in developing the content of a release.Another major responsibility of this position is providing second level support to key users, together with the rest of the CQT Team.Professional experience: We seek a person with a university degree in IT or engineering.Project management skills are essential for this position.You need a minimum three years professional experience, including at least two years within project management.You are experienced in working with external suppliers and co-working with international colleagues from geographically spread teams.You must be fluent in English.Experience of Microsoft Visio or Access is a merit as well as graphical configuration, AutoCAD, programming or SQL databases.Personal characteristics: You must be good at performing many different tasks simultaneously.A well-structured and organized approach is critical for the position, so good planning and administrative skills are needed.It is important that you can take initiative when needed.You must have very good communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to support and interact with people across functions and cultures.
