Would you like to use your Scrum Master and project leadership experience within Nordea Application Management? We are now looking for a Project Leader/Scrum Master, who will be responsible for driving the closure of risks and take an active role in achieving our team goals.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the AM Governance & Transformation team. We add value by continuously improving our Nordea Application Management Framework, being responsible for the governance of Nordea group-wide applications throughout their lifecycle. We provide comprehensive automated reporting utilizing e.g. Python, Power BI, Power Automate and monitoring activities, ensuring an oversight on the compliance level.
As the Project Leader and Scrum Master, you’ll play a valuable role in this journey.
What you’ll be doing:
Collaborating with multiple stakeholders across entire Nordea group
Leading the delivery plan of the overall risks on the application management framework of Nordea
Ensuring Scrum process is smooth and transparent
Managing risks, dependencies and impediments to ensure team efficiency
Fostering an environment for high performing team dynamics
You’ll join a team with the vision to keep applications within Nordea safe, compliant and operational. The role is based in Stockholm.

Have the ability to drive an issue without knowing all the details upfront
Your experience and background:
Proven project leadership experience
Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex and demanding issues
Experience in agile frameworks proven by successful track record and/or certificates
Experience of stakeholder's engagement management
Experience within banking / financial services and risk management
Holder of university bachelor or master degree
At least 2 years of experience as a Project Leader and Scrum Master in IT, preferably in the financial sector
