What you'll do 
 As a Project Leader (which is a combined role working as a Scrum Master), you will be an important part of our Agile Release Train (ART) Seat & Safety. You will work together with other agile leaders to create a high-performance organization. We are relying on our Project Leader/Scrum Masters to be servant leaders and coach the teams using agile team practices with a focus on flow and taking lead in continuous improvements. We own and develop all the functions in all the seats.

We are looking for someone that will;

•    Support the teams to embrace, adopt and apply agile principles and practices and project management.
•    Facilitate the team’s progress toward team goals by focusing on improving performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity.
•    Facilitate team meetings like the daily stand-up, iteration planning, demo, and retrospective. 
•    Support the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the backlog with respect to priorities and scope.
•    Communicate with management and stakeholders, collaborate with other Project Leaders/ Scrum Masters to learn and improve your own profession 
•    Facilitate preparation and readiness for ART ceremonies like PI Planning, System Demos, and the Inspect and Adapt
•    If you are enthusiastic about people, team building, coaching and have focus on flow and continuous improvements.

What you'll bring 
You probably have B.Sc/M.Sc in Software Engineering or Software Science (or similar). At least 5 years of experience from working with Software Development and to provide delivery with a really comprehensive technical knowledge. We are looking for you who is a true servant leader with an agile mindset an great personal skillset. You probably have about 3 years of experience from working as Scrum Master or Agile leader and as a Project Leader in any form. 

We would like that you have experience within Automotive and from working in an international environment and preferable from Volvo Cars. You also have experience from creating and establishing Software and Electronic Development Processes and extensive knowledge in project management and also from SAFe and Scrum.
