At IKEA BA Food IOS we are passionate food lovers that develop and provide food for the many people around the world. Every year around 680 million visitors experience a taste of Sweden in the IKEA Restaurants, Swedish Food Markets and Bistro´s in our different markets. With Food at the heart of everyday life, we offer honest food for people and the planet.

By working closer to the countries in a Regional structure we will strengthen the way we work with Food, the Project Leader role is an essential part of that. The Regional team will strive to create customer success with our offer by focusing on co-creation with the countries and by being closer to the markets. Other criteria’s for success includes Sustainability, health and environment. Based on the needs of our customer we want to continuously challenge and develop our range and the customer experience and contribute to growth.

We are transforming the Food business in IKEA and as part of the transformation we are moving the product development closer to our many partners, suppliers, and customers. To be successful, we have established regional teams in North America, Asia and Europe & Middle East. This is a wonderful and unique opportunity to join IKEA Food and be part of setting up the European region as the second team member for Europe which is our biggest region with fantastic potential and many opportunities. The Project Leader role is part of the Food Services team in BA Food and reports to the Global Range Design Leader. The regional ways of working are new so the position in itself is also new. This means that The Project Leader will be a part of a new team and play a vital role for setting standards and ways of working. The position will be based in Malmö until September 2023 when we move to Älmhult

The assignment:
Responsible for leading the overall projects related to Regional Co-Creational processes.
Responsible to communicate, plan and distribute relevant information as well as map and manage stakeholders by identifying, planning and following up.
Secure compliance of product requirements in the product development process
Secure that product quality requirements are fulfilled and continuously contribute to the development of IKEA Food business
Act proactively to prevent quality deviations and initiate adequate actions when deviations occur
Create product risk assessments
Respond on Customer feedback regarding product quality and product deviations
Plan and organize assignment according to the IKEA decision model and applicable delivery methodology.
Manage communication to stakeholders relevant for the assignment or project. Perform reporting.
Manage time, cost, scope and quality.
Work closely with the Regional Range Leader for Europe and be a part of the regional development team
