The responsibility of the role as Project Leader is to secure that we together in the BA are reaching our long term objectives and our growth plans. You will do this by being in creative lead for the process, aligning us within the Business Area as well as cross Home Furnishing Businesses.

The Project Leader is responsible for:
-Lead the coordination between BA range contribution and the One IKEA Launch calendar.
-Support coordination with other Home Furnishing Businesses through range and product development cycles.
-Ensure and support a high level of home furnishing competence (Through strategic input, Workshops, Product development etc.)
-Support Range, Product Development Teams and Business teams in identifying range gaps/opportunities.

We believe that you are a person with passion for people and people?s life at home. We believe that you have good communication skulls both verbal and visual and that you have the the capacity of getting the message across and create understanding in a structured and clear way.

In order to be successful we believe that stakeholder alignment is needed alongside a strong business sense and deep interior design knowledge. This position is in the context of a highly creative and complex environment: so the capacity of being responsive and going from idea to concrete proposal, communicated in an excellent way, is crucial. To be successful in this role, you must have:
-Degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design or Fine/Applied arts or working experience of the same value.
-Senior interior design experience from a strategic, planning role.
-Know-how in sharing knowledge and coach others in the most effective way.
