Your experience as a Project Leader in Charging & Energy would be invaluable to us both in concept work and when working with current designs for increased customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

Our Charging & Energy team is a part of the Polestar Propulsion Department, with a mission to deliver results which exceed the customers’ expectations. The team consists of software engineers, calibration engineers and system designers. The area of responsibility spans from integrating the charger into one or several vehicle programs, supplier responsibility and making sure that the team deliverables with hardware and software integration is working. Your responsibilities will be:

- Follow up on technical deliveries, time plans and aligning with multiple stakeholders within the company and with suppliers
- Being responsible for Time, Technical and Cost for your Unit program, making sure that our technical deliveries are in time, to the right cost and quality
- Manage validation plans and launch of the charger into the vehicle programs
- Bridge and manage complex dependencies that your product is relying on Making sure nothing falls between the chairs.


Essentially, you will guide our organization in delivering highly efficient power electronics products to the right quality which will enable our customers to charge seamlessly without any issues.

Who you are

You have a strong will to create the future of electric vehicles - it’s probably fair to call you an EV nerd passionate about solving climate changes. You are enthusiastic, motivated, well-organized and driven. You’re not afraid to try new approaches and out of the box methods. You have a holistic view, including vision, business, and customers. You are a fast learner and take your job very seriously making sure to bridge gaps and uncertainties within the team and suppliers. You are a good communicator and have easy to make yourself understood.

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:

- BSc degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Product Development. Other recognized engineering qualifications combined with relevant experience may be considered.
- 3-4 years of experience within project management in the automotive industry.
