What is Quality Strategy and Compliance?
In this role you will join Quality Strategy & Compliance, an H&M group function with the overall vision to deliver "Consistent Product Quality that our Customers Love". We are a network organization with more than 600 colleagues spread over 13 countries organized in 5 strategic pillars. These pillars are; Group Compliance, Quality Methods and Governance, Production Performance and Customer Feedback & Product Experience.
As the Project Leader Communication Management, you have a 2-fold ownership:
To review structure, content, and files from one of our internal platforms to another, which includes remove outdated items, plan, design and organize new SharePoint structures. Start transferring the content to the new platforms and administrate technical issues.
Lead & drive Global Quality Academy providing continues learning in Quality to everyone and transform the organization into more agile, efficient, and diverse teams according to new Quality understanding and vision by increasing and assure Quality awareness and knowledge internally and externally.
How?
Handle the transition for Quality Strategy & Compliance (QS&C) together with stakeholders and information owners from all parts of the organization.
Be the contact person for the Internal Communications team before, during and after migration of content.
Gatekeep information. A huge amount of the content in QS&C are working documents that are being accessed by stakeholders across the company. Therefore, it is crucial to move and structure it in a strategic way so that business critical information is not lost during transition.
Optimize the user experience by making content easy to find, navigate and understand.
Organize and build the SharePoint needed to carry all necessary content, such as Chemical restrictions, Labelling info, Product Safety etc.
Support colleagues on how to present content in the best possible way for different target audiences, at the same time keeping the overall perspective of the QS&C.
Represent, promote and work to establish QS&C internally as a strong information area.
Together with the stakeholders build a digital learning platform of role & product-based curriculum by restructuring in-line with our new quality understanding and vision with agile & efficient and diverse teams through modern learning
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
The combination of strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Interest in newness in digitalization: Min 2 years of experience in working with websites and digital platforms, SharePoint and content management is highly qualifying.
The ability to lead and drive projects in a timely manner. Enjoy leading and facilitating meetings and workshops across. organizational boundaries. By being result-driven, ensure the project plans are being activated.
Min 2 years of leadership experience is the main asset for this role.

This is a temporary position (12 months of contract).
