Gambro is a global medical technology company and a leader in developing, manufacturing and supplying products, therapies and services for In-center Care and Self Care haemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Renal Intensive Care and Hepatic Care.Gambro was founded in 1964 and has more than 8,000 employees, production facilities in 11 countries, sales subsidiaries in more than 40 and sales in more than 100 countries.Please read more at www.gambro.com.Project Leader Communication Support Gambro's Communication Department is a part of the Branding & Marketing Communication Department.Our department consists of a team which has responsibility for the Communication Material which is produced within Gambro.The department handles between twenty - thirty projects that are run in parallel, with a timeframe for advance planning from just a few hours to eight months.The work is extremely demanding since it requires a high work pace and an ability to keep projects separate.The position involves day-to-day contact with our sales company and agents within Gambro.You will also have daily contact with our external partners.The work requires an ability to adapt to different working contexts, flexibility and a high standard of service.Some travel is included in the job.Responsibilities: . Drive all given Incoming Approved Marketing Communication tasks related to Translations of Communication Material ensuring a good effective dialogue between the Communication Team and the internal client..Provide the creative team with thorough briefs, enabling them to understand all relevant and essential points to get the material produced..Ensure buy-in from effected stakeholders (sales companies, product management, target groups and others) . Ensure that all communication builds our corporate brand long-term by being closely tied to Gambro's Customer Value Proposition . Work together with colleagues from Strategic Marketing as well as from the different sales regions to define the exhibition strategy, for each of the exhibitions under the Project leader's area of responsibility, needed to support the growth initiatives defined by the regions and the business lines.Qualifications: .Knowledge necessary to perform in this position is generally acquired through a relevant Bachelors or Masters degree with several years work experience, preferably within Marketing Communications in an International business-to-business environment.. Knowledge and experience of strategic product launches and the exhibition communication efforts needed to support such is advantageous.. Knowledge of communicating to medical professionals is an advantage . Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English and preferably one other major language (Spanish, French, Italian, German, Arabic, Chinese etc)..A clear ability to lead cross-functional teams towards a commonly defined goal .
