Project Leader Digital Transformation for Group Compliance

Are you an experienced project leader with experience in both process management and IT project management? Then this might be an opportunity for you!
Group Compliance department is part of the function "Quality Strategy and Compliance" at our Global Supply Chain organization. Within the function, we aim to make sure we deliver consistent product quality that our customers will love.


Main responsibilities within the role:
Overall responsible to drive all IT related projects in line with the business needs.
Responsible for securing the timeline from Group Compliance perspective.
Secure that specialists within the specific area are involved in relevant projects to ensure needed input to relevant stakeholders.
Be the main contact person towards our IT function.
Be active in evaluation of different software solutions.

Qualifications
We believe you:
Are experienced in leading big cross functional projects with many stakeholders.
Are driven with a can-do attitude, able to utilize and adapt your knowledge to the business needs.
Preferably have a background within IT, compliance or controlling.
Enjoy working independently but at the same time are a great team player.
Have the ability to keep it simple, and see the bigger picture, always with the business and customer in mind.
Are fluent in English.
Are a Great Communicator.
