Are you a newly graduated engineer interested in developing and building a Digital Factory of the Future? This is the job to apply for!
Our customer in Trollhättan, working with sustainable aerospace innovation, is currently looking for a project leader eager to join their team.
As a project leader you are confident in planning, budgeting and executing projects. All while being responsible for coordination and completion of the project on time, within scope and within budget. In the role of project leader you will oversee all aspects of the project, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor, summarize and report progress of project.
Some key accountabilities:

Support in definition of project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders
Ensure the technical feasibility of said scope and objectives
Develop both detailed and comprehensive project plans
Coordinate resources and vendors and ensure resource availability and allocation
Delegate project tasks
Change management incl. escalation
Risk management
Measure and track project performance
Create and maintain project documentation

The work will be performed in close collaboration with team colleagues, but you will be the one making sure that it actually is happen!
The length of the initial assignment is set to one year but could, provided delivery is satisfactory, be prolonged.

Who are you?
You are a relatively newly graduated engineer ready for a challenging but very developing and rewarding assignment.
You have documented working experience from project management in an industrial environment and have proven leadership skills. Strong knowledge with project management software tools and methodologies is essential. You have experience from the full project life cycle and a plus is experience of agile way of working and using agile tools. 
You have solid organizational skills with an attention to details and a strong ability to multitask.
As a person you need to be:

Excellent at communicating both internally and externally
Excellent at both written and verbal communication
Very analytical in your way of thinking and acting

Furthermore, you are confident in working in teams and willing to help others. You quickly can grasp new concepts and have a way of spreading positive energy to your colleagues.
Certification within project management, such as PMP or PRINCE II, is meritorious.
