Project Leader E-drive/Transmission

Project Leader E-drive/Transmission

* Early involvement in customer meetings and quotation development
* Execution of transmission projects, from planning to final hand-over to customer
* Projects can vary from shorter conceptual development to serial production projects, spanning over years
* Provide project tracking and reporting to stakeholders (Budget, Timing, Quality)
* Lead cross-functional, multi AVL affiliate teams
Working in international project teams, in cooperation with different AVL departments worldwide, in direct contact with our customers.

* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics or Aerospace Engineering
* Minimum 5 to 7 years of project management experience, preferably within the field of transmission, e-axles, and inverter development. HW and SW, testing included. Experience from automotive product development is an advantage 
* Good technical understanding, preferable within automotive.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Swedish
* Leadership skills, team- and network builder and good in motivating others. Personality is key.

* High level of integrity and responsibility
* Driving license
