Project Leader - Electric Driveline

Our client, a leading company in the automotive industry, is seeking an experienced Project Leader to deliver Hybrid Transmission content for a specific vehicle application project or sales campaign. In this role, you will lead project work across engineering teams in Sweden and China, and ensure that sales and program activities align with customer requirements.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in software development, project management, and technical sales of complex, embedded systems, preferably in the field of Electric Drive systems. You should also possess a solid understanding of electric drive systems, including sub-systems such as inverter, e-motor, and transmission.
If you possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, and have intercultural/international experience, ideally including China/Asia exposure, we want to hear from you!
