Project Leader Executive Education at CeFEO 75% of full time Jönköping International Business School (JIBS) is one of four schools at Jönköping University.JIBS serves regional and global needs by educating entrepreneurial leaders and business creators.JIBS shall be recognized as providing innovative leadership in research, education and service to society within entrepreneurship and business renewal.JIBS is looking for a project leader (75%) for executive education within the Centre for Family Enterprise and Ownership (CeFEO) at the department of Entreprenurship, Strategic, Organisation and Ledership (ESOL).CeFEO is a research and learning center at JIBS.It is the first center of this kind in Northern Europe and our aim is to further strengthen JIBS?s already strong reputation for excellence in research on entrepreneurship and business renewal.For more information about CeFEO see www.cefeo.se WORK TASKS The work includes; - To lead CeFEO-programs concerning executive education for practitioners connected to CeFEOs field of action (owners/entrepreneurs, councellors etc.) - To be project leader for assignments regarding executive education and comissioned - research.- To be project leader in the international cooperation where CeFEO is a part, in particular when it comes to policy projects.- To participate in the activities above and in research programs connected to the mentioned programs. QUALIFICATIONS The work requires a PhD with focus on reseach within the areas of CeFEOs field of action, where a post-doc experience is qualifying.Furthermore, the work requires a solid experience of project leadership and realization of executive education and comissioned research in the above mentioned areas of CeFEO.The work also requires pedagogical skills in teaching/instructing practitioners as well as skills in writing applications and offers both in Swedish and in English.
