Project Leader - Final Assembly

On behalf of the client, we are looking for you who have the right qualifications, experience and personality for this assignment.Asignment
The role is within Tooling & Equipment, which is a part of manufacturing engineering and is responsible for all new equipment installations within the final assembly plant.

Main responsibilities:
- Carrying out the project within Project Directive according to Tooling & Equipment Process
- Ensure that the organization and way of working is expedient, documented, and clear
- Lead the project from pre study to project closure
- The project leader secures the quality of the project
- Identify and implement improvements in the way of working
- Report and inform about the status of the project according to the communication plan
- When needed, propose changes to the project steering group
- Agree with resource owner on needed manning
- Ensure communication within the project.
- Ensure that activities are carried out at the right time according to Milestone process, E-card and Tooling and Equipment Process.

Qualifications
Experience from project management in crucial to succeed. Ability to lead the project team, delegate tasks and make all installation planning will be of most importance. This position will be the one reporting project status to higher project management and steering group.

Personality
On a personal level you need to open minded and creative to fins alternative solutions when the project is not running according to plan. You need to be structured and well organized as well and a good communicator. Leading skills together with an ability to se the big picture and the critical path in the project.
