Our client needs a Project Leader within the Sustainability Agenda (strategic) with focus on facility management, buildings, and properties. The client works with property-related issues.

Job Assignments

I this assignment you are responsible for providing consulting assistance for the development of a business-adapted sustainability strategy. You will take a lead and develop strategy according to the clients’ expectations. In addition, you will oversee and participate in: Startup and Current State Analysis, Strategy Development, Evaluation of Strategy, Goals and Action Plan and Implementation of Sustainability Strategy.

Requirements

• You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering with domain experience in business
• At least 5-10 years of experience in a similar area
• Experience in facility management, building and properties
• Experience in servicing, maintaining, and commissioning new projects
• Experience in implementing sustainability strategy
• You have a strong focus on sustainability strategy that can connect to the overall strategy of a parent company
• You have a collaborative and solution-oriented approach with strong written and spoken communication skills
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
