Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Project Leader who has experience in Development of Electronics Hardware and Software, Power Electronics.

What you'll do:
● Lead the quality tasks and develop its disciplines, i.e., root cause analysis, develop and implement mitigation and corrective actions.
● Secure early involvement of Procurement & Supply Chain in the Car Development Program to enable lowest end to end cost, optimized logistics flows and highest quality of products.
● Create transparency and visibility of our supply chain to reduce risks and optimize the full value chain from raw material to end customer.
● Identify and perform problem solving and data analysis activities to create fact-based foundation for change and business cases.
● Prepare and run workshops to design and align on concepts and solutions together with key stakeholders.
Who you are:
● Have a long and broad experience in Electronics Hardware and Embedded Software development, and also extensive experience in Program Management within the Automotive Industry.
● Experience from collaboration with Digital (IT) to set requirements, monitor progress and evaluate developed solutions.
● Have experience from Development of Electronics Hardware and Software, Power Electronics.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Have a high engagement, be curious about new challenges, and drive your area of responsible forward.
