Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Project Leader who has experience in working with IT tools within Sales & Operational Planning and/or Supply Chain Visibility and/or experience from supply chain design in early phases of product development.

What you'll do:
● Responsible to take input based on the overall communication strategy, the business ambitions at Volvo Cars and in the Business Area/Function as well as staying close and updated on outside insights such as trends, topics in society related to communication and the Business Area/Function.
● Be part of the Employee Communications key forums (weekly meetings) to secure strong internal strategies, plans and efficient executions.
● Stay ahead of news, current affairs, industry trends and the overall business and consumer development.
● Identify and perform problem solving and data analysis activities to create fact-based foundation for change and business cases.
● Responsible to drive the communications agenda and find the right stories that drives transformation and have positive impact on position and business growth.
Who you are:
● Extensive experience from driving transformation initiatives within the area of Planning, Logistics or Procurement.
● Experience from collaboration with Digital (IT) to set requirements, monitor progress and evaluate developed solutions.
● Have experience from working with IT tools within Sales & Operational Planning and/or Supply Chain Visibility and/or experience from supply chain design in early phases of product development.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Have a high engagement, be curious about new challenges, and drive your area of responsible forward.
