The role

As our Project Leader, you will be working with proven Project Management, based on known project methodologies that you have knowledge of and have been working with before. Here at Nordic Choice you are a part of a big organization and we are therefore looking for a person who has the ability to clearly articulate messages up and down the organization to influence others and move toward a common vision. This requires you to have good communication skills written and oral in English since we are an international organization. Here at Choice you will drive and govern critical stakeholder management processes and you will be working both in bigger teams and alone. We do believe that you are good at establishing and maintaining strong relationships, work effectively at all levels in our organization, and also a good listener with the ability to understand existing business processes and needs.

 

Who we think you are

To thrive in this role we think that you have experience working with medium to large projects within Tech and that you are an outgoing and positive person. You like to be proactive, have a good structure, and work effectively. As our project leader, you will take ownership over each project and also have the ability to be responsible for the different sizes in budgets as well as over the whole scope.

Here at Choice, our mentality is entrepreneurial and as our next Project Leader, we think that you are used to working in a structured way with big projects in a cross-functional matrix organization. We do also believe that you have previous experience in E-Commerce and other digital or IT-related projects. In this role you will be working with many different stakeholders, steering committees, vendors, product owners, support teams, or project teams both internally and externally. Therefore we think that you will need to have a flexible mindset, open and clear communication across upper management, and can keep strict deadlines for all of us to be able to reach our goals in all projects.
