Main responsibilities Within Global Operations you will be responsible for the following: .Keeping control over HR processes involving: .Harmonization and control of incentive structures within Global Operations . Salary review processes . Appraisal formats and development plans . Talent review preparations . HR Governance development, implementation and follow-up . Recruitments in non-defined geographies .
