Project Leader for Sub Processes Correction and Immediate Actions in the Quality Deviation Process

The purpose of the challenging position as Project Leader in the QDev process is to create preconditions for better business result by leading and supporting improvement initiatives and projects within a well-defined sub process belonging to the Quality Deviation Process in order to meet defined KPI's.
Your tasks will include:
*Being responsible for defining and developing the intelligence behind the Quality Deviation Process (QDev) and securing that the ways of working across functions are recognized as quick, lean and simple in terms of function, improvements and efficiency.
*Successfully taking part in implementing the new tools and ways of working during the Quality Deviation Project.
*Taking part in activities in the project related to Change Management and Requirement Engineering or other work streams in the project.
*Being the link with line organization, solution owners and Process developers by answering process related questions and requests.
*Develop & keep process documentation up to date.
*Anchor any changes to the sub processes with the relevant stakeholders and reference persons.
*Participating in activities related to enhancing current processes.
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
*3-5 year experience from relevant process in IKEA on operational and tactical level.
*Good knowledge of the IKEA Quality Deviation process and supply chain.
*Well established Network within IKEA.
*Strong project management experience.
*Proven analytical, organizational and change management skills.
*Strong communication and presentation competences.
*Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English (spoken and written).

As a person you are a dynamic, action oriented team player who is self-motivated and confident in making independent decisions. You have a strong ability to handle complexity and to deal with multiple activities simultaneously and have a proven track record in getting things done, with a desire to question current ways of working and solving problems in conjunction with IKEA core values.
This is a temporary position for 20 months starting from 1st of January 2017. Preferred candidate exists!
