Role Summary/Purpose
The Operations within the Equipment Lifecycle Solutions (ELS) team delivers documentation and services to global customers which are used for registration of GxP processes and products. The Operation team manage orders for Qualification Documents for standard instruments, CBS instruments and FlexFactory customer qualification projects.
Essential Responsibilities
The demand for products and services from ELS?s Qualification Services is increasing double digits year over year. As a result of an increasing demand of Global Order request for CBS instruments we are seeking a Project Leader to help drive and lead that part of the Operation Business. The role is including the need to cooperate with stakeholders across LS multiple functional teams and regions. The role is including communication with customer globally. The business is pointed to several different LS segments.
Manage the project for Qualification Documents for CBS instruments within Operation Qualification Services business
Communicate current state to senior management and make sure deliverables are met.
Manage all customer project milestones deliverables; handle urgent tasks, regional communication to display actions made and in progress.
Cooperate and communicate with HQS and key stakeholders to secure qualification product deliverables.
Managing quality objectives, regulatory requirements, schedules, and program risks and making decisions based on business objectives.
Ensure compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before approving program milestones.
Supports communication to wider GELS organization on program/project awareness including inputs and involvement in all FF programs.

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor?s degree in Science, Engineering or related area with relevant work experience
Work experience within GxP qualifications within Technical area
Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with the project management life cycle.
Demonstrated capability of cross-functional and cross-site interactions and ability to drive project plans to completion
Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
Desired Characteristics
Experience with project management handling GEHC products Qualification offering.
Familiarity with ISO, GxP and other regulatory standards
Ability to communicate using English (plus local language)
Experience of working in a global environment
Strong business sense, high ability to work independently, strong social and communication skills
