Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

Small series within Sales and Marketing is a new function to increase our speed and focus on the e-Mobility value stream. This will be a key component to drive the shift of sustainable transports. We are aiming for a value stream with an holistic entrepreneurial mindset with end-to-end responsibility and clear accountability for the e-Mobility business. We believe in partnerships with key stakeholders in the eco-system to learn how we can create value and new business.

We are creating an empowered organisation that will function as the backbone of the e-Mobility value stream. It will be characterized by speed and flexibility, customer collaboration with a probing mindset, and a focus on developing solutions and creating engagement in the people working in the value stream. Being in the forefront we can utilize public funding to lower the financial barrier for our customers to accelerate the shift to sustainable solutions. Thru partnerships we will be able to deliver complete system solutions and find new business opportunities.

We are now looking for a project leader for public funded projects. You will work close to partners, customers and funding agencies to lead joint projects and coordinate reporting

 

Work description


• Manage communication between partners and funding agencies
• Manage cross functional activities of Scania within the project
• Establish the project plan, derive milestones together with project team and follow up results, costs and resources.
• Create routines for financial reporting consolidating costs from all participating parts of Scania CV AB that are compliant with funding agencies regulations
• Responsible for reporting results and financials to funding agencies

Your profile

You have experience from project management, project controlling and public funding. You need to combine traditional project management (since this is what agencies expect) with modern Agile/Lean start up way of working (applied within industry).

You have a structured mindset, can find new ways of working and apply leadership based on Lean start-up. Are a good listener and can create a good spirit in your project teams.

Projects will both Swedish and international. Travel associated to that will be included.

You have a commercial and/or technical university degree and master English with high proficiency since communication skills are important for the role. You have at least 5 years’ experience from the heavy truck industry, preferably Scania.

You have easy to collaborate with others but are also comfortable with working independently.
