We are looking for a Project Leader to work on internal projects within our Qualification Services department. You will be coordinating current projects and driving improvement initiatives for training, increasing structure around tools and resources, as well as being the go-to person for common onboarding processes, and leading initiatives connected to on-boarding.
What you’ll do
Be responsible for planning, managing and completing internal projects for Qualification Services
Organize resources to projects together with team managers
Report project status to the Qualification Services management team and other colleagues
Be responsible for completion of the projects on schedule



Who you are
BSc Life Sciences with 3+ years of relevant professional experience,
Strong leadership skills and ability to engage and motivate colleagues
Excellent organization and planning skills
Excellent communication, written and oral presentation skills
Excellent multi-tasking ability
Ability to successfully interact with cross-functional teams in a global environment
Experience within validation/qualification is a plus
Experience from processes used within Qualification Services is beneficial
