Volvo CE in Braås, located close to Växjö, develop autonomous and articulated haulers. We do everything from product planning, development, sales and marketing to purchasing, manufacturing and assembly of the complete machine.

The Team
The AAH Software Systems team consists of 60 highly skilled engineers who are working in 9 cross functional teams in an agile setup.
The team is responsible for the embedded software development, implementation and release for the autonomous and articulated haulers.
The Role
As Project Manager you are keeping tab on progress and are engaging the teams to deliver on ambitious targets. You have a vital role in planning and follow up on how the team results fit into the bigger development projects that are run on the site. We work in a SAFe setup and you report toward your counterparts in the development projects as well as keeping the teams fully informed about the progress.
In the role you will take part in planning all parts of the projects and translating it into the teams work and iterations. This includes Planning Intervals in a SAFe setup, helping teams with setup of sprints and arranging scrum of scrum meetings. There are also several external interfaces where you are arranging sync meetings to keep everyone aligned.

Knowledge & experience:
To be successful in your new role, we believe that you have a university/bsc degree in relevant area or equivalent experience. You have extensive experience in working with project management in an agile/SAFe manner in software development and have a structured way of working and documenting. To be able to coordinate and take responsibility for our project planning as well as visualize it for many stakeholders we believe you have good communication skills, a result oriented focus and a genuine interest in technical systems. We also believe that you are eager to learn and work with your own and the teams development.
Experience/knowledge in some of the following areas will be beneficial and are meritorious: Embedded software systems, Automotive and Safety critical systems.
