Join Kavall for the new exciting role as a Project leader Space management. You will be on a mission to strategically analyse how our store operations can organize and structure shelves and assortment in the most efficient ways. This role is perfect if you have a do:er attitude, take your own initiative and like to work analytical and detail oriented! This role would also suit you if you are looking for an extra job on the side to combine with studies or other activities since it’s project based. Some of the things you’ll handle 🤓
Create and implement shelf layout in stores.
Use data and planogram program to analyse and optimize storage space in stores
Analyse assortment and storage space with consideration to assortment structure and limited space in stores.
Implement and introduce planogram in stores in close collaboration with Store Managers, Category Managers and the Operations team.

We believe that you ✅
Experience working in a grocery store, dark store or similar.
We consider it a great bonus if you previously worked with structuring and optimising storage space to make the most out of limited space.
Structured and detail oriented.
Have an analytical mindset.
Skills and experience interpreting sales numbers, as well as counting and optimising space.
A person who takes own initiative in problem solving and improving tasks.
Likes to work both operative and analytical
A do:er who likes to contribute and see results!

Extent: This is a temporary flexible part time position with opportunities for the right person to become long term!
