Project Leader Test/Reliability- Automotive

We are currently looking for two Project Leaders for Test/Reliability within the Automotive Industry

Job description:
Feature leader for feature Reliability (NOTE this is not a test engineer position, but you need to have tested in the past). Work as Reliability specialist in Projects. Translate targets to measurable technical requirements, identify test needs with specified acceptance criteria?s, Fault frequency analysis/predictions and report Reliability status at each gate. Analysis of RELIABILITY verification need, planning of calculations and tests and report progress and development gate status to project management. Drive the feature development outside of product projects.

The project leader will evaluate test needs and has to be able to communicate and convince the group of tests needed. Therefore the person we are looking for has to be very communicative.

Qualifications:
-Excellent communication skills
-Structured and organized person with good coordination skills
-A good team player
-Fluent in English both written and spoken
-Network within the automotive Industry
-Automotive background preferable in Trucks
-Knowledge about transport industry and truck driving is a plus.
