Kvalifikationer
- Several years experience with project managament and leading implementations of scaled agile frameworks.
- Experience of change management and cultural shifts.
- Experience of developing and coaching other colleagues.
- Fluent level in English in both speech and writing.
- Experience within consumer data is meritorious but not a requirement.

Job Description
We are now looking for a Project Leader within digital product to our client within the electronics industry! In this role you will be coaching and supporting team of top performing Digital PMs, Digital POs building unique, market-leading, world-class products. You will create and lead a project that is connected to marketing driving initiatives, defining stakeholders groups with roles and responsibilities, milestones and budget. You will be training for Engineering lead, engineering Manager, product owner, product manager. Search for ways to improve CX interfaces to key business steering processes as agile processes are applied at scale within the CX organization. Futhermore you will manage global marketing activites together with BAs and support them on better planning their initiatives when needed.

Salary
Salary as agreed.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start in the beginning of March 2022, and the assignment is expected to run for 6 months, with possible extension.
