About the position
Perido is now looking for an experienced Project Leader to one of our clients, a company that helps customers to improve business performance by providing valuable data and analytics. Using data, statistics and AI-driven platforms, customers are given the opportunity to design successful strategies, take effective action and make smarter decisions that create competitive advantages. The team is part of a European context and collaborate with many different teams spread over Europe. This position is placed in Solna, Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
The role will revolve around coordinating the migration of ERP system, from AX to Workday. You mainly focus on Sweden, but other Nordic countries also need a helping hand.
Specifically, this assignment includes:
Local lead for the roll out of new financial ERP system - WorkDay - in Sweden
Working with the internal SOX team to operationalize the SOX controls and the reporting in the Swedish market
Work with other European projects
Participate in other roll out projects led from US such as Travel & Expense/ Concur.
Supporting team members through training and development within the Accounting Team
Close collaboration with Change Management and Stake holder
Your characteristics
To succeed in the position as Project Leader, we see that you are confident with migrating ERP system, as you’ve done this before with a great outcome several times before. Your analytical skills are on point and will here come well at hand. Furthermore, you are great at building relationships which also will be one of the crucial abilities that are expected from you. Lastly you have the ability of running many projects at the same time, while prioritizing them to meet strict deadlines.
Lastly, you do not hesitate with initiating own actions where you see that an effort should be made.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in business Admin, Accounting and Auditing, and/or IT.
Good Computer skills, and ability to learn and understand different system fast.
Project lead experience from equivalent ERP migrations
Knowledge of accounting and reporting according to Local GAAP and preferable US GAAP
Excellent language skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken
Meritorious:
Experience with Microsoft AX, AARO and WorkDay Financial
Experience from working in a multinational setting
Contract type, start and end dates
Part time, consulting assignment at 75% for 7 months. Start as soon as possible.
