About the job

The assignment is at out client, an international company within the pharmaceutical industry. They are now in need of an experienced Project leader. As a Project leader you will have the responsibility of additional footprint on the Swedish Prostate Cancer market by driving customer centric projects and a more active digital agenda together with the cross-functional team.

The purpose of the Project leader is to maximize the business value, both long-term and short-term, by supporting KAMs in expanding the companies reach.

As a Project leader you will also support the execution of strategic plans at focus clinics, by generating activities that drive visibility & loyalty. Coordinating and optimizing cross-functional interactions with all relevant internal and external stakeholders. Together with the Brand Manager, you will work to create local relevance in the omnichannel offer, f ex by working closely with regional and national KOLs to upgrade the omnichannel content, but also by leveraging EMEA created content.

You will also work with the following:

* Drive business results by flawlessly supporting the execution of the Brand Plan on national and regional level, mainly by building strong partnerships in relevant customer groups.
* Lead and drive local customer facing brand-projects
* Act as the product lead in customer interfaces and engage in HCP dialogues to create value for patients, customers and the company.
* Analyze and understand the competitive landscape, as well as the local market and customer needs using iConnect, together with regular external customer interactions.
* Utilize customer insights and data to develop improved customer projects and activities
* Drive effective multi-channel communication. Adapt, translate, and gain approval of promotional materials developed by IBVT or other countries, as well as develop locally relevant material.
* Conduct business activities in compliance with ethics and legal requirements.

Who are we looking for?

For the assignment we search for you who fulfill the following

* High proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English required
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 2-5 years of work experience in comparable roles preferred, Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or similar industry experience.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office required

Preferably you have experience in Oncology since this is a job focused on the Swedish Prostate Cancer market.
