In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Join the Project Management Office (“PMO”) at Robur consisting of senior members who are passionate about their work and committed to delivering high-quality projects.
- Work across the entire Robur organisation and have critical role in Robur achieving its strategic agenda through successful project delivery.
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring sufficient analysis and planning of projects as well as timely execution of projects within budget and scope.
- Develop project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and risks.
- Communicate with steering committees, senior members, project team members, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate and ensure that project team members are aligned on project goals and objectives and that their work is managed effectively.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Contribute to a continuous improvement of project management processes and the PMO’s practices.
- Be part of collaborative and positive working environment within the PMO and the rest of the organisation.
What is needed in this role:
- 5-10 years’ experience as a project manager with qualified experience from managing projects, from project initiation through project analysis, project planning, project execution, and project handover/closure.
- Experience from IT projects and/or regulatory projects is a strong advantage.
- Experience from banking/fund management is an advantage, preferably with expertise in financial instruments, operational processes and/or financial regulations.
- Experience from management consultant firms is also a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Self-driven, takes responsibility with strong track record of independently managing problems, defining solutions, and knowing when escalations are necessary.
- Strong ability to grasp new concepts, dive into details and effectively aggregate relevant content and produce results.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Team player contributing to a positive working environment and development of the PMO.
