JOB DESCRIPTION
The role as Project Leader is a key role within the Supply-Chain division which will provide you with a broad understanding of our business. Your assignments will range from coordinating improvement projects within the Supply-Chain function, conducting complex analysis to more routine tasks. You will also assist our Supply-Chain manager with miscellaneous tasks.
Tasks will include, but not be limited to:
- Project management mainly focused on the inbound processes, i.e. upwards in the Supply-Chain
- Coordinate communication with suppliers regarding shipping and packing requirements
- Coordinate communication with selected forwarders regarding incoming shipments and delivery forecasts
- Business analysis and business controlling
- Collecting data, conducting research and analyzing information to support business decisions and problem solving activities
- Writing and taking responsibility for reports, correspondence and diverse routine tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
- At a minimum, a bachelor´s degree in business administration, engineering or similar
- At least three years of professional experience within logistics, Supply-Chain management, management consulting or business controlling
- Strong numerical/analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in operating MS Office in general (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) is a must and experience of ERP-system Microsoft Dynamics AX is meriting
- Fluency in English and Swedish is required, additional language skills are meriting (we very much welcome native English speakers to apply for this position)
- Work experience within retail and/or the fashion industry is meriting
- Highly motivated, performance oriented, self-initiative, team-player with a good business sense.
